Free UK delivery on all orders over £50.00.
Standard UK Delivery £10.00
Target 1-3 working days, however please allow up to 5 working days.
(Any alterations/adjustments will take a further 3-5 working days extra). Available for deliveries to United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, and British Forces Post Office (BFPO). A signature is required for this delivery service.
Europe Standard Delivery £35
Target 1-3 working days, however please allow up to 7 working days.
(Any alterations/adjustments will take a further 3-5 working days extra). Available for deliveries to countries which are part of the European Union. A signature is required for this delivery service.
International Scheduled Delivery £50
Target 2-3 working days, however this service may take up to 10 working days.
(Any alterations/adjustments will take a further 3-5 working days extra). Available for deliveries to USA, Canada, Far East, Australia and Rest of World, please note that deliveries to the Russian Federation have been suspended because of Russian Customs restrictions. For deliveries outside of the EU a 20% VAT cost will be deducted from the total cost of goods on the delivery page including delivery charges. A signature is required for this service and you may be liable for local import duties. These Duties and Taxes will be collected by our courier on behalf of your government and must be paid upon delivery of the goods. Any refusal will result in the goods being returned to Roderick Charles Ltd and you will be charged postage for the returned package.
Returns information
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase Roderick Charles will be happy to provide you with a full refund or an exchange of goods within 28 days of purchase provided a receipt is presented and the item is in its original condition.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange any items once they have been altered this includes shortening the legs and take in or let out the waist on the trousers. Shoes will only be exchanged or refunded if they are returned in perfect condition they must be tried on, on a carpet or rug to avoid scuffing. If you would like to return or exchange an item please follow these steps.
Returning or exchanging an item:
- Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order in full, indicating whether you would like an exchange or a refund. If you require another returns form please follow this link.
- Enclose receipt or online proof of purchase.
- Using returns label and original packaging provided with your order return parcel to Roderick Charles, Returns Department, 86 Cheapside, London EC2V 6EB
We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Goods are returned at your own cost. You will not be charged postage for exchange items.
If you open an item or keep the coat hanger you will be charged for the replacement of or re-packaging of said items.
