If a particular item you require is not in
stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date or offer
an alternative item of similar value where
appropriate.
Standard Delivery £5.95
Target 3-4 days, however please allow up to
10 business days. Available for deliveries to United Kingdom,
Northern Ireland, and British Forces Post Office (BFPO). A
signature is required for this delivery service.
European Union Standard Delivery £19.95
Target 3-5 days, however please allow up to
10 business days. Available for deliveries to countries which are
part of the European Union. A signature is required for this
delivery service.
International Scheduled Delivery £34.95
This service may take up to 14 business days.
Available for deliveries to USA, Canada, Far East, Australia and
Rest of World. For deliveries outside of the EU a 17.5% VAT cost
will be deducted from the total cost of goods on the delivery page
(not including delivery charges). Local import duties may be
payable upon receipt.
RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your
purchase Roderick Charles will be happy to provide you with a full
refund or an exchange of goods within 28 days of purchase provided
a receipt is presented and the item is in its original condition.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange any items once
they have been altered. If you would like to return or exchange an
item please follow these steps.
Returning or exchanging an item:
1.
Fill out the returns form enclosed with your order in full,
indicating whether you would like an exchange or a
refund.
2.
Enclose receipt or proof of purchase.
3.
Using returns label provided with your order return parcel to
Roderick Charles, Returns Department, 5 Bakers Row, London EC1R
3DF.
4.
We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Goods are
returned at your own cost. You will not be charged postage for
exchange items.
